Orders are processed within 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Once your order is ready, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor your package.

Expedited shipping (if available) will be offered at checkout for faster delivery.

We ship globally! International shipping takes approximately 10–25 business days, depending on your location and customs processing.

Shipping charges are calculated automatically based on your location, order weight, and selected service level (standard vs expedited).
For domestic orders over ₹X, enjoy free standard shipping (you can set this minimum threshold as appropriate).

All items are carefully packed to maintain the quality and integrity of your crochet creations.
If you spot any damage upon receipt, please contact us within 3 days with a photo of the packaging and the product inside.

7. Delivery Issues & Customer Responsibility

Please ensure the shipping address is accurate. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or absence of a recipient, you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges.
Before signing, inspect the package. If it’s visibly damaged, you may refuse delivery or note the condition upon receipt.

8. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, additional customs duties, import taxes, or VAT may apply once the package reaches your country. These fees are the customer's responsibility.
The Decora Studio is not liable for any customs delays or charges.
